This was my first time buying a car online, the first time buying a car out-of-state and for the exception of pics and a “walk-around” video which, Mandi, my agent was so kind to shoot for me IN THE SNOW, this was also the first time I bought a car without a test drive or even a hand touch! It had been 20 years since I bought a car. Sadly, I was rear-ended and my car was totaled, which meant, reluctantly, I had to enter the car buying market. I found Jacky Jones Ford in Sweetwater, TN on CarGurus. From the very first communication I received from Mandi, I knew this was a dealership that had people who knew the importance in and value of exceptional customer service—being that my career is in customer service, it was especially appreciated. Mandi was communicative, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, considerate, thorough, informative, humorous, pleasant and any other adjective that would describe putting anyone at ease in making such a huge investment. Mandi’s position is in the Internet Sales department at Jacky Jones Ford and that’s exactly where she needs to be! Every step of my process was seamless. I have to mention the stellar communication, again, because attempting to do such a transaction and with long-distance, can be daunting and a horrible experience if strong, committed and efficient communication is not present. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Austin did a terrific job communicating. The vehicle I bought was traded on a new vehicle Saturday afternoon. I located the vehicle unpriced and without pictures in AutoTrader. Austin was available Monday early morning and provided pictures from his phone and got sales manager to price it. He sent me a deal sheet which I signed and had the Expedition sent through the service department for a complete check out. It was also detailed and ready for pickup Tuesday afternoon with a warranty. Austin spent over an hour getting me comfortable with electronics and options. I obtained a one owner Expedition Platinum with 18,000 miles which drives and looks brand new. The dealership is spotless and everyone I met was very professional.

We had a wonderful experience with buying a truck at Jacky Jones Ford in Sweetwater. David McMahan and Shauz Daniels did a great job taking care of us. We bought a 2005 sportrac from David when I was recovering from chemo and he was willing to send my paperwork outside with my wife because I could not go in the dealership. And he remembered that event 20 years later. He had Shauz take care of us when the truck we were interested was sold before we could get up there. He showed us several options and we really were just planning on looking. He was very courteous while helping us throughout basically the entire day. He made accommodations for us when we did decide to buy and made the process smooth with no pressure. They really take the time to care for the customer. When we left we nod only had a vehicle but made a new friend. Thank you Shauz and David.

We have been in the Sweetwater area for about 4 years. Jacky Jones was doing all my services for my F350. When it came time to buy a new car, we thought we'd give them a try. No regrets.
